Gaig Restaurant Singapore, a beacon of Catalan culture and culinary tradition, is thrilled to announce the return of its captivating journey through history.

Building on the success of its inaugural event, the restaurant will once again present a special 6-course menu inspired by the medieval Catalan “Sent Soví” cookbook. As the oldest known culinary text in Catalan, “Sent Soví” offers a window into the gastronomic heritage of Catalonia, and Gaig Restaurant Singapore is honored to bring these ancient recipes to life.

This unique culinary experience will be curated and executed by Gaig Restaurant Singapore’s Executive Chef, Martí Carlos Martinez in collaboration with Michelin Star Chef Carles Gaig, the Alma Mater of Gaig Restaurants. This unique culinary journey will be unveiled on the 8th and 9th of May 2023 during the dinner service only.
