PREPARATION

You may order our dishes piping hot and ready to eat, or order them chilled, ready to reheat, or freeze for later. In Barcelona we tend to have our freezer well-stocked with frozen Croquetas and Cannelloni, just in case of a sudden craving. 

Take a look at our instructions to have your meal prepared in just a few simple steps. ¡que aproveche!

Jamón Ibérico

Best to keep in the fridge and take it out 15-20 minutes before serving, so that it is at a perfect temperature (melt-in-your-mouth).

Jamón & Mushroom Croquetas

Already fried:

Warm in the oven for 5 min at 180°C. To be consumed within 24 hours.

Not fried (chilled):

You may keep them in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

You may also keep them in the freezer, and fry them later.

Foie Gras Terrrine

Keep it in the fridge and take out 10 mins before serving. Pour the nut oil on top of the terrine. To be consumed within 72 hours.

Gaig Traditional Cannelloni

Already warmed-up:

Warm in the oven for 5 min at 180°C. To be consumed within 24 hours.

Chilled:

Keep in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days max.

Warm in the oven for 5 min (or until warm inside) at 180°C

You may also keep them in the freezer, and warm them up later.

Warm up in a saucepan for a few minutes. To be consumed within 24 hours.

Chilled:

Warm in a saucepan. Add a little bit of water or fish stock in case the sauce is too thick. To be consumed within 24 hours.

 Already warmed-up:

Warm in the oven for 15 min at 180°C (check temperature inside), covering it with aluminum foil.

To be consumed within 24 hours.

Chilled:

Keep in the chiller for a maximum of 3 days.

Cook in the oven for 15-20 min at 180°C (check temperature inside), covering it with aluminum foil. Warm up the sauce in the microwave or in a pot and pour it on top once cooked. 

To be consumed within 24 hours.

"Escalibada" Grilled Vegetables

Already warmed-up or chilled:

Warm in the oven for 5 min at 180°C

To be consumed within 24 hours.

 

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Already warmed-up:

Warm in a saucepan or microwave for 3-4 minutes.

To be consumed within 24 hours.

Chilled:

Cook in a saucepan until soft.

To be consumed within 24 hours.
