Our digital vouchers will be sent to your email (or your giftee’s email) in just a few minutes, or you may choose to send a printed version to the chosen address (Singapore only). Please allow us 5 working days to process printed voucher orders.

The Gift Vouchers are only valid if they bear a unique serial number and are valid as per the “Date of Expiry” specified in the description. The value of the Gift Voucher is inclusive of Service Charge and GST. No expired voucher will be admitted. Valid for dine-in only.
Gift Vouchers cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash, or credited to any account. Payment with vouchers is only accepted at Gaig Restaurant Singapore, and cannot be used as a mode of payment through their partners. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions and is only applicable for regular dine-in reservations (not private dining or events)
If the value of the voucher is not fully redeemed, no refund in cash or in other means will be given for the balance. The Gift Voucher is the responsibility of the holder. Gaig Restaurant Singapore Pte Ltd will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the voucher. Gaig Restaurant Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions presented above.
