Every National Day, Gaig Restaurant dedicates a gourmet treat to the food-fervent nation. This year, the team pays tribute to the host of their first international outpost with a celebratory dish inspired by a local culinary treasure — Chilli Crab Croqueta. Crafted exclusively for the occasion by Executive Chef Marti Carlos Martinez, this a la carte special is served tapas-style for lunch and dinner from 1 to 31 August at $6++ each.
